Shipping: Bustin' Billiards Game Tables, LLC offers FREE SHIPPING within the United States on most of our products. If a product requires a shipping fee, the fee and the amount will be listed below the product price for your convenience. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Items will ship within 5 business days of your purchase.
Charge for Purchase: You will be charged at the time of purchase.
Updates: To view updates, please reference your email you received when the item was shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your purchase, please visit our "Contact Us" page and reach out to us.
Returns: For any items that need to be returned, please visit our "Contact Us" page to inform us of your return request within 15 calendar days of receipt. Once we accept your return request, you will be given instructions on how to proceed within 24 business hours. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost incurred for Bustin' Billiards Game Tables, LLC to ship your item to you and a 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.
